These terms govern your use of the Steadfast Bible Study app and website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Steadfast.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Steadfast. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
2. Your content and conduct
You own what you post, such as discussion messages and group details. You give us permission to store and display it to the members of your group so the app can work. Please treat others with respect. You may not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or spam, impersonate others, or try to access groups or data you weren't invited to. Group admins may remove content and members from their groups, and we may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
3. AI-generated content
Study plans, discussion guides and worksheets may be generated by artificial intelligence. They are offered as a starting point for study, may contain errors, and are not a substitute for Scripture itself or for guidance from your pastor or church leaders. Please review content before sharing it with your group.
4. Our app and Scripture text
The app, its design, logo and name belong to Steadfast Bible Study. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. Bible verses in the app are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain.
5. Ending your use
You can stop using Steadfast and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Steadfast is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
7. Apple App Store
If you downloaded Steadfast from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Steadfast Bible Study, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support or any claims relating to it. Your use must also follow the App Store Terms of Service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
8. General and contact
